  9. My company has remote diagnostics capabilities on the equipment we 
  10. service.  However, we are having a terrible time trying to use it on 
  11. jobs in the Pacific Rim, China, etc.  We are based in the US.  We are 
  12. currently using old 2400 baud modems.  What is the best modem and 
  13. protocals to use on international lines.
